For Allergan Medical Institute’s CoolSculpting University, I designed a comprehensive training workbook to support providers during educational sessions. The workbook was developed as a practical, easy-to-navigate tool to help attendees follow along and engage with content on using, selling, and marketing CoolSculpting, CoolSculpting Elite, and CoolTone. To make the experience more interactive, key sections were designed with fill-in-the-blank elements that encouraged active participation and reinforced key takeaways. The overall design emphasized clarity, structure, and brand cohesion—resulting in a piece that functioned as both a guided learning tool and a valuable post-training reference.
The goal of the CoolSculpting University workbook was to turn a standard training leave-behind into an active learning tool. Instead of simply supporting slides, the workbook was designed to guide providers through each session in real time—helping them engage more deeply with how to use, position, and market the CoolSculpting portfolio. The approach focused on clarity, structure, and usability. Content was organized into intuitive modules that followed the training flow, with strong visual hierarchy and clean layouts to make complex information easy to digest. The design prioritized accessibility, ensuring attendees could quickly find, understand, and apply key concepts during and after the session. Interactivity was central to the strategy. Fill-in-the-blank prompts and guided exercises encouraged participation and reinforced learning, turning the workbook into both a live-session companion and a lasting reference tool. The result was a cohesive, brand-aligned asset that supported engagement, retention, and real-world application.
